Mine has to be EddxEddy. They are my ULTIMATE favourite pair, However, EdxEdd works too ^_^. RolfxKevin is also cute...yeah, I love 'em all xD!

That said... I also like Ed/Edd/Eddy, and I've written Nazz/Sarah (and various others) before... Truthfully, the more I watch EEnE lately, the more I can see all kinds of couples. But I mostly enjoy pairings with the Eds (and heavy on the Double D *lol*).

first favorite - all three Eds together. Three heads are better than one ..or just two.

No doubt that the concept of two really attractive guys makin' out is hot but honestly for me it's mostly the characters themselves that does it for me. Like, yes I love yaoi but only if it works for those two particular characters and can have some substance to make sense within the realm of the universe that the characters reside in.
When I sit and watch any series, I look for romantic undertone and the relationships between all characters, not usually leaning towards one sex or another. Iv been watching E,E N E since it first came out and I was obsessed with the concept of Double Dee (He spells it with two e's anyway...which is kinda funny now that I think about it. 8D~ LoL two e's. Get it?) and Marie. It just cracked me up. Additionally, I coupled Eddy with Nazz.
Though lately those pairings started making less and less sense, especially since apparently Nazz is really supposed to be crushing Double Dee? (Is that even official?) e_e I don't like May. I dunno. Just doesn't work. So I kinda just forgot about E,E N E couples aside from the ultra obvious ones like Sarah x Jimmy and (well for me anyway) Nazz x Kevin.
Well ok, So last week I was surfing deviantArt and came across some Double Dee and Eddy fanart and though I'm a yaoi girl, I was at first very turned off. My first thought was "That makes no sense at all. Eddy is very far from gay =/" but for some reason...the idea never left my brain and I sat and thought about it for days...and the more I thought about it the more I realized that OK, Eddy could pull off being metro. I mean leopard print briefs? Sleeping with a hair net? C'mon. XD I had no problem with Double Dee being gay. That made more than enough sense. But...why with Eddy?
So I started reading some fan fiction and discovered that yes, it makes more sense and works a lot better than I had originally thought and it all came down to picking at Eddy's brain. Getting him to open up. Getting him to admit all the reasons why he would admire Double Dee but would never voice because he's too stubborn and fragile with his own self-image and on the flip side, for Double Dee to admit all the traits he would admire about Eddy but would never voice for fear of ridicule...that and I'm sure he thinks Eddy doesn't deserve his ego to be stroked in the first place.
I hate using the phrase "opposites attract" because it's a cop out phrase and it doesn't mean anything, and it's not always true. Eddy and Double Dee are opposites but that's not why they could be attracted to each other. It's the friendship, it's the security. It's the relationship they have, friend or otherwise that I just LOVE LOVE LOVE to pick at and analyze. Theres so much to it and it has potential to end very badly due to Double Dee's quick wit and smart mouth that when paired with Eddy's abusive nature. . .well. . .They could really hurt each other.
