Marie Leaned up against the kitchen counter sipping her coffee in her night shirt. She glance up the stairs every now and again. She then sat at the table and strummed her fingers. Yawning, she looked up the stairs once more. Usually , she wouldn’t be anxious after a night like that. It wouldn’t even matter to her when he left . It was just something that they did on the side, only meeting each others needs that no one else could. No emotional connection at all, it was just recreation for the two.

But, this time she needed to wait. They had gone further than they have before. They only had stopped just a few hours earlier. Luckily her sisters had gotten the feeling that it was best to stay away.

A while later she heard noises up stairs as she sighed in relief. She soon heard feet stumbled down the stairs, she looked up and saw his matted red hair and a trail of vomit on his lips and his chest and underwear. As he stumbled down the steps, she ran and caught him. “You were totally wasted last night,” She said as she helped him to the table. She then got another coffee cup and placed it in front of him. He stared at it as she poured. He then looked at her. “Do you even remember anything?” She asked.

“A little,” he whispered as he rubbed his head. He then stared at her. “This isn’t a part of our deal,” He grumbled.

“I think it’s a little too late for that,” Marie laugh as he placed his head on the table. “That wasn’t a usual night for us any way.”

“Didn’t I call?” He asked as she got up and poured herself some more coffee. She then looked at him.

“We ran into each other at the party,” Marie said, “We were both drunk.”

“So it just looked liked a random hook up?” He asked. “So no one really knows.”

“Oh Everyone knows, Kevin” She snapped. Kevin then looked at her. “You couldn’t even wait until the car! ... We fell in the front yard and, then there was no stopping you! You ripped my blouse right off.”

“Why didn’t you stop me?” Kevin snapped.

“I told you. We were both drunk! And you had already…. touch the spot. so I wanted you. Everyone started to ignore us once we got quiet…Even though we were half naked…….We finally in the car and by the time we got here… well we were both half way there and well,” Marie sighed as she looked at Kevin “Once we got in the trailer we really got wild, even for us!" She rambled, "The safe word wouldn't of even worked last night. Even If I did use it...”

"Why didn't you?" He asked as he held his coffee.

"I was drunk!" She said as she stood up.

“So every one knows that ….”

“They just know you are some what of a freak,” Marie said as she rubbed her neck where Kevin bit her, “They don’t know our deal! It did look like you were just on a rampage while you were drunk. ” Kevin then tried to stand up, He stumbled a few steps and then started to fall. Marie caught him as he fell. “You better stay here,” She said , “At least until your hangover is gone.”

“I better get home,” Kevin whispered, “Then again.” He started to kiss Marie slowly.

“No,” She said as she pulled away. “You need to rest.”

Kevin then looked at her. “It was quiet a wild night” she laughed. He then started to gag. Marie got the trash can before he threw up on him self.

(GAW I just wanted this to be a one shot thing but, it has been at the back of my mind for months)

Marie strumed her fingers as she stared at the door. "Are you sure you want to do this ?" Lee asked calmly as she started to get up and leave. Marie nodded and continued to stare. Lee then looked at her youngest sister who had her nose deep in a thick book. "Put that hogg wash down May and come on," Le snarled.

"It's not hog washed!" May snapped , "It's god's word." Lee rolled her eyes knowing may was just a sheep. May had strolled into one of the high school's religious clubs one day, and being the gullible girl that she was, believed everything she was "fed" by the group. May finally stared back at Lee and put her book down. She then stared at , Marie . "You should rethink your life you know." She snarled.

"But out!" Marie snapped. "I like how my life is!" She then slunk back in her chair , annoyed , once again by May and her new found ways. She then Looked at Lee, She too was getting on Marie's nerves lately. Marie then looked down at herself. "Will you let me handle this on my own." She grumbled. Lee nodded and drugged may out. Leaving Marie alone with her thoughts and worries. She then thought about every thing, About how that one night went so wrong , yet, it went so right. She started to strum her fingers harder waiting to hear the distinctive knock.

"Tap, Tap tap, Tap" Finally sounded. Marie got up as she held her breath. She then went over to the door. The first foot felt slow , but the last few feet felt way to fast. "Hi" She said softly. Not a word came from the knocker, Only the forcefulness of two lips pressing on Marie's lips. Marie shoved the body away just enough to see his face. "We need to talk!" Marie said firmly as she saw the look on the boys face.

"No, We haven't been together in a few weeks," the boy said as he tried to kiss Marie again. "I need ... punishment." He whispered in to Marie's ear hoping that it would break her down.

"NO! Kevin!" Marie yelled as she broke away and stormed off into the kitchen. "Look, the last time we were together..." She started as Kevin came in, "Some stuff happen. And.... Look, "

"What is with you?" Kevin asked as he leaned up against the wall. "You know what I need and it's not a ..."

"I'm pregnant!" Marie blurted out! Kevin stood there in shock. "Look, We were out of control that night and..." Marie watched Kevin as he sat down "Look don't worry, I'll get it taken care of ... But, that's not the thing that bugs me."

"BEING PREGNANT IS NOT BUGGING YOU!" Kevin yelled. "MARIE , That's one of our rules ..... Always protect.... How could this..."

"We were at a Party and were were hammered. It was unexpected! But that's not the only rule we broke!" Marie yelled in defense.

"Oh, great . What else happen? HUH what's worse that getting you knock up?" Kevin snapped

"You said the word." Marie snapped. "I don't know how I remember that from that night but, you broke the number one rule. You said you loved me!" Marie plopped her self down in a chair then. "I'll get everything taken....."

"NO" Kevin said firmly. The two stared at each other for a few moments. " Maybe...... "

"Maybe what?"

"What if I do? What if I actually felt... That way. "

"NO! ... WhaT? You were drunk!"

"But, what if I meant it?"

"We're only having fun, no strings attach and this is a huge string, Kevin. " Marie said getting frustrated. She knew Kevin might be right. It was something she wanted to pass off as him just reading her. But, the pass week or so She saw Kevin growing concern.

"What if we kept it?" Kevin blurted out.

"NO! Kevin, I'm not keeping a child!" Marie yelled. "we can't have a child! Not us, It would blow everything out into the open.... Look I got an appointment in the morning." Marie said as she got up.

"Look, maybe we are in .... and we've haven't realized it? This could be a chance ..."

"Look, I just called you over to tell you that I might be out for a while until my body recuperates..."

"I don't want it to recuperate, I want...."

"It's that or waiting nine whole months ! It's my body any way." Marie snapped as she got up and headed up stairs , "Can you just go! shew snapped shutting her bed room door .
