Let's see...for a good anime yuri, there's Kashimashi ~Girl Meets Girl~ then Maria-sama Watches Over Us and Simoun

Manga wise...there is "Voiceful", "Kashimashi", "The Last Uniform," "Venus Venus Venus" (<-- This one here I think just have hints of yuri and not anything extreme", "Strawberry Panic" (<---sadly, they never finished the manga version and paused on voulme two
)There's also a "Strawberry Panic" novel series, which has a full total of 3 books.
